– Delivery Time

We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery. Delivery time=processing time+shipping time. Normally, processing time usually takes 2-3 days.

1. We guarantee all products can be shipped to your location in 30 business days, if you haven`t received your package within 30 business days, please contact us for a reshipment or a refund.
2. Shipping time varies based on your location, for example, customers in Europe will have shorter shipping time compared to customers in North America, you can track it at any time.
3. Mail is available throughout the United Kingdom (that is, the mainland of the United Kingdom and its affiliated islands are mailed), and the overseas territories of the United Kingdom are not mailed (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, the British Virgin Islands, etc.);
4. The United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses;

–What about the shipping cost?

For express shipping, We are free of charge on all orders; For Expedited shipping, we will charge according to the weight, which means if the weight meets our rules, the shipping fee will generate, and it will automatically show up during checkout. We cooperate with reliable shipping carriers to guarantee safety and speed.

–Process after your order is placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

–Can I change my shipping address when the order has already been placed?

Yes, please do contact us in time to change the shipping address, including your email address and phone number, we are not responsible if you can`t receive the package if the shipping address is wrong.

–why I can`t receive my package information?

Please make sure your email is 100% correct when placing an order, we will send the order tracking status only through this email, if you leave the wrong email by accident, please contact us to modify it immediately.

–What to do if the parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?

We welcome any email about your confusion including but not limited to order status, shipping problems even information changes, we will try our best to respond or solve your question as soon as possible.
