How long will delivery take?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 days processing time for your order to ship out. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don’t have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at [email protected].

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time.

I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

On the Log In page, click on the “Forgot password” link and we will email you instructions to reset your password.

Why my order is always failed?

Please make sure you have input the right information, or you have sufficient funds in your card, also make sure the shipping address is correct.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee is free on all orders with Express Shipping, it will satisfy most customers, however, if you are urgent, we highly recommend Expedited Shipping, it will certainly meet your needs.

Can I receive an invoice for my order? How do I know my order was shipped?

Yes, once the order is placed, you will automatically receive a notification email about the order.

After 1-3 days, you will receive another email once we shipped the package, you can see the tracking link in that email.

After-sales questions

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item? Can I get refund?

No worries! We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide free return and full refund service.

If you are still not satisfied, we give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. If the product is correct and not damaged, you have to ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible if the item had been shipped to the wrong place or if you can`t receive it.

Why I can`t receive any tracking information when I placed an order?

Please make sure your email address is correct, we will send order tracking information only via this email, if you leave the incorrect email, contact us immediately to change it.

Can I cancel my order?

Certainly you can! You can cancel your order with no penalty! But you must cancel your order before it ship out. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
